Healthcare Data Analyst

At the forefront of healthcare innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled analyst to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of real-world data to drive meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Insights: Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to uncover key trends and opportunities in pharmaceutical markets.
  • Business Acumen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact business solutions that drive revenue growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools to develop and maintain complex data pipelines and analytical models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives and visualisations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial patient analytics, commercial data analytics, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
