As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective channel management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of IRDA regulations and compliance.
You will also need to have excellent communication and coaching skills to drive business growth through effective channel management.
Responsibilities:- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline development and growth.
- Coach and guide agents to cross-sell and grow their business by at least 20% Year On Year.
- Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments to agents.
- Support and guide producers in all activities related to policy services.
- Recruit and appoint agents for General Insurance business.
- Train agents on products, process, and Unique Selling Propositions of Tata AIG.
- Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and appoint top-performing agents for General Insurance business.
- Activaisations: Engage producers through daily activities, weekly and monthly development sessions, and float contests and club conventions.
- Sales Support: Provide endorsement, form filling, portal training, and other operation-related activities.
- Stakeholder Interfaces: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including producers, agents, and internal teams.
- Experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IRDA regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through effective channel management.
