Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive - Central Reservation. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing accuracy of reservations put into the system by individual hotels, ensuring settlements are properly done, and following up with B2B clients as necessary.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Oversee the accuracy of reservations in the system
">• Ensure proper settlement of bookings
">• Follow up with B2B clients as necessary
">Requirements:
">• Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor/Executive in Reservation/Front Office department of a 3*/4* hotel
">• Graduate degree in any stream; diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality management preferred
">• Fluency in English and Hindi speaking
">Preferred Skills:
">• Excellent communication and customer service skills
">• Proficiency in hospitality management software
">• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
">• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
">• Previous experience in hotel reservations
">• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and procedures
">• Ability to work well in a team environment
