We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis through phone, emails or meetings and understand their requirements.
  • To respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Do ideation meetings with internal teams and clients to provide the best possible options.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ongoing work. Proof read and cross check assignments before sending them to clients.
  • Implement innovative ways to keep clients engaged with the company and provide value for money experience.
  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • Maintain proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.
  • Keep higher management updated and give presentations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any discipline
  • Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media will be an added advantage.
  • 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an Advertising agency. This is a work from office role.
