Process Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and Evaluate Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Design and Implement Process Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, to develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement Process Control Measures: Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Offer technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
