Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead high-impact audits and risk assessments across our global operations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional audit results, fostering strong relationships, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Delivery: Plan, execute, and report on internal audits in line with our methodology, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Audit Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive audit plans, identifying key risks and areas of focus to maximize audit effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Communication: Craft clear, concise audit reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess key risks, providing recommendations for mitigation and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields, preferably with exposure to the Process, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries.
  • Professional certifications, such as CIA, CISA, or CAE, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
