About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Pan Asia HR Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract lifecycle management processes, reviewing and vetting legal contracts and documents, and providing contract negotiation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract administration on a daily basis, including drafting of contracts and contract abstraction.
  • Review and implement contract lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Provide contract negotiation support in the form of contract research, review, and analysis.
  • Support renewal and termination management, as well as issue and dispute resolution.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Law.
  • At least 6-12 months experience in practicing law (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in corporate law for Contract Analyst.
  • Exposure and experience in handling IT contracts administration, drafting, and research.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from complicated details.
  • High-level expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
  • Excellent organization, strong written/verbal communication skills, and writing styles with an eye for detail.
