**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our team at Corenza. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution and through to termination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform detailed legal analysis and vetting of contracts to ensure they align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage contract templates, policies, and best practices to streamline the contracting process and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Conduct periodic audits of contracts to ensure compliance and provide reports on key contractual metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and document management systems.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is **$85,000**. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
