About the Role

To oversee the smooth functioning of our finance department, cash, and statutory compliances. Monitor strategic amendments from time to time.

  • Manage the finance function, establishing internal controls, especially in relation to fund usage and movement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, adhering to set protocols.
  • Provide monthly reports detailing unit performance against annual budget and significant matters for the Board's attention.
  • Monitor management reporting, including profitability, revenue, pricing tariff, as set by billing models.
  • Incorporate budget and forecasting models, funding cash reporting, and working capital; monitor unit performance.
  • Manage risk proactively, prioritizing and minimizing risks, reviewing them regularly and raising issues with the Corporate/Board as necessary.
  • Manage and respond to queries related to internal and external audit activities, working with Group compliance.
  • Ensure accurate taxation policies, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
  • Handle relationships with key vendors, contributing to commercial areas/negotiations.
  • Lead and motivate the finance team to meet agreed targets for company performance.
  • Ensure effective interface, integration, and collaboration of resources in finance and related business areas.
  • Represent the company externally, ensuring its reputation and capability are perceived positively.
Qualifications and Skills
  • CA/CMA with over 12 years of experience
  • Background in Hospital/Healthcare domain
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to take initiative
  • Dealing with emotionally charged and difficult situations
