We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across digital platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimize campaign performance continuously to improve return on investment (ROI) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives — including ad copy, visuals, and formats — to discover breakthrough campaigns that drive results.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums to drive strategic decision-making.

We're seeking a seasoned performance marketer with 3–4+ years of experience in driving high-growth campaigns, preferably in startups or global brands.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets with a proven ability to adapt to changing landscapes.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills to inform marketing strategies.
  • Confidence in taking ownership from setting strategy to leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence business and brand direction.
