Analytics Tracking Specialist

As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a vital role in setting up and managing analytics tracking across multiple client websites and campaigns. Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing Google Analytics (GA4) to provide actionable insights that drive growth for our clients.

This technical position requires strong expertise in GA4, as well as the ability to translate data into meaningful metrics that inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement tracking in GA4
  • Creating and maintaining data layers for advanced tracking requirements
  • Developing and deploying reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio to present findings to stakeholders

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data flow between GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate reporting processes and deliver actionable insights to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of proven experience in Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), strong technical skills in JavaScript, data layers, and event-based tracking, and experience with conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms.

A degree in computer science or a related field is not required, but relevant certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager certification are a plus.
