Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team at AppSierra Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js. Your expertise will be crucial in building robust and scalable RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and external services. You will also be responsible for integrating databases (SQL and NoSQL) with Node.js applications, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Additionally, you will develop middleware components to handle authentication, authorization, logging, and other cross-cutting concerns. Your role will also involve writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. You will conduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and stability of applications. Furthermore, you will identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application performance. You will also implement security best practices to protect against common web application security threats. Finally, you will work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with a strong background in Node.js development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development. You should have strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages, as well as experience with popular Node.js frameworks and libraries such as Express.js, Koa.js, etc. You should also have a solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js. Additionally, you should have experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. You should also have knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices, as well as familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). Finally, you should have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
