Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Role Overview:

This is a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality assurance to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement robust test scenarios, cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Develop complex test data sets, identify/select test cases for automation, and execute manual and automated tests using industry-standard tools.
  • Report defects, analyze test results, track software testing metrics, and prepare/present detailed test reports.
  • Mentor junior software test engineers, manage defect management processes, and contribute to the growth of the QA team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, including both manual and automation techniques.
  • Proven expertise in functional and non-functional testing methodologies, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Financial services knowledge and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience with trade finance platforms, rest APIs, database technologies, and version control systems.

As a quality assurance lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring that all software deliveries meet the highest standards of quality.
