Job Title: Director of Software Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Global Capability Center's quality engineering efforts in the fintech and banking domains. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of Agile and DevOps testing strategies, transformation initiatives, and team scaling.

  • 18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in the fintech/banking domain, preferably in a Banking GCC setting.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/DevOps testing environments, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience managing large-scale quality assurance teams (75+ members) with a strategic mindset and hands-on knowledge of modern QE frameworks.
  • Able to collaborate closely with global teams and drive transformative change at scale.

  • Develop and implement effective quality engineering strategies to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Leverage Agile and DevOps principles to drive continuous improvement and optimize testing processes.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
