About This Role

Amber Group is a leading provider of integrated solutions for the RAC industry through its Consumer Durables division. The company provides comprehensive and efficient solutions to the HVAC sector as a trusted manufacturing partner.

This position will focus on implementing and configuring SAP FICO modules, collaborating with finance, costing, and manufacturing teams, and managing month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 7-14 years of experience in SAP FICO, preferably in manufacturing-driven commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, PCA, CCA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Finance, Costing, and Manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP
  • Support cost center planning, product costing, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure data consistency between FICO and other modules (PP, MM, SD)
  • Assist with data migration, testing, training, and documentation
  • Provide functional support post-go-live and assist in process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-14 years of SAP FICO experience in manufacturing-driven commercial environments

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of business processes in finance, controlling, and manufacturing cost accounting
  • Experience with integration to manufacturing and supply chain modules
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or major rollout
