Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:
Share Transfer and Partners' Books Management- Transfer of Shares: Oversee share transfers to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes.
- Partners' Books Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and partners' books of account. Prepare and update financial statements, including profit shares.
- Financial Reports: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and present findings to management.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
- Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
