Job Title: Store In-Charge

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Store In-Charge.

This is a pivotal position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory levels, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • Compliance: Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory.
  • Sourcing: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock.
  • Purchase Management: Manage local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tally/ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally/ERP system is compulsory.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Industrial Tools and Equipment: Knowledge of industrial tools, tackles, and consumables is essential.
  • Qualifications: Graduation preferably from a commerce background. Minimum 5 years' experience in store management in an industrial setup/plant. Customer-centric attitude with a positive outlook.
