Warehouse Operations Leader

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse operations team. This includes receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Ensure all warehouse processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, including FDA, WHO, and local drug authorities.
  • Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect personnel and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
