Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced
Assistant Warehouse Manager
to oversee our complete order fulfillment operations, manage a team of 8-15 professionals, and drive operational excellence in our badminton products warehouse.

What You'll Do

Operations Leadership:

  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment using Unicommerce WMS
  • Manage picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time dispatch
  • Handle returns processing

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 8-15 warehouse professionals
  • Set daily targets and monitor KPI performance
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and handle team development
  • Create efficient work schedules and task assignments

Process Excellence:

  • Implement quality control systems and conduct regular audits
  • Analyze warehouse data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage inventory with 99%+ accuracy through cycle counting
  • Coordinate with courier partners and optimise logistics

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
  • Proven track record managing 10+ person teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of Unicommerce WMS or similar warehouse management systems
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Multi-channel e-commerce operations experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in sports/badminton products industry
  • Knowledge of lean warehouse practices and process improvement
  • Six Sigma or warehouse management certifications
  • Courier negotiation and vendor management experience
