Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction projects.

About the Role:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to ensure timely completion.
  2. Develop and implement detailed project schedules and budgets to meet business objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Inspect and facilitate inspections to ensure finished work meets specifications and company requirements.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues promptly to minimize delays and costs.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure budget adherence.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.
Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 20-25 years of experience in the construction industry with over 15 years in project management.
  • Proven experience in handling luxury residential, hospitality, and private villa projects from inception to defect liability completion.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
