Job Overview The Associate Construction Spec utilizes existing Construction procedures to solve routine or standard problems They receive instruction guidance and direction from others within the team and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures related to Construction and Onshore Construction Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of the construction operations at site to ensure compliance with project specifications design drawings and safety standards Conduct regular inspections to identify quality safety and environmental issues and take necessary actions to rectify them Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to identify mitigate and resolve any construction-related issues Review construction plans schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to set timelines and budget constraints Communicate project progress and construction updates to stakeholders on a regular basis Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on EPCI project sites Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field Typically is vocationally qualified with limited work experience Work on straightforward tasks using established procedures work is subject to review by others Depends on others for instruction guidance and direction Knowledge of construction methods safety regulations and quality standards Familiarity with construction planning scheduling and budgeting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines Attention to detail and ability to detect and solve problems quickly LI-RK1
