Job Title: Creative Interior Designer

At a leading interior fit-out company, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Interior Designer to conceptualize and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

We are looking for an individual who brings strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites. As a creative problem solver, you will work collaboratively with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
