Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing successful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies using offline and online methods to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Design and implement ad creative assets, including copywriting, graphics, and video content.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to develop campaign assets and messaging aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to brief creatives effectively.
