Job Opportunity: Senior GenAi Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior GenAi Developer to lead the implementation of AI/ML models in enterprise systems, with a focus on conversational bots and NLP/NLU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational bots using AI/ML concepts and relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
  • Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.
  • Develop and maintain complex distributed systems requiring excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems.
  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in design, development, and deployment of conversational bots.
  • 2-5 years of experience of DevOps SRE.

  • NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding)

  • Web services integration
