Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Industrial Relations Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to enhance labor relations and resolve industrial disputes.
  2. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  3. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve grievances and disputes.
  4. Union Relations: Manage relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
  5. Disciplinary Actions: Oversee and manage disciplinary procedures and ensure they are handled fairly and consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a Graduate/ MBA in HR and at least 7+ years of experience in industrial relations or HR management within a manufacturing environment.
