About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee and execute corporate office interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction by coordinating with stakeholders and adhering to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • E nsure quality standards are met and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications is maintained.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance for smooth project execution, addressing any challenges or issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations, providing regular updates to management and clients.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients, keeping them informed of progress and any concerns.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance regulations are followed at the site, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide effective solutions, minimizing delays and ensuring project completion within timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects, with a strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams, possessing excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Flexibility to stay full-time at the project site, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
