Job Title: Business Development Associate

A key role in our organization is available for a highly motivated individual to act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing assistance in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome)
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Basic understanding of project workflows
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
