Job Title: Field Service Operations Manager

Leading a team of service managers is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in managing service teams, preferably in a consumer durables/home appliances industry. Karnataka territory exposure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service managers to achieve individual and branch service targets.
  • Service Target Achievement
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch-specific service targets, including net promoter score (NPS), service quality parameters, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Service Operations Oversight
    • Ensure seamless coordination and communication among service managers to optimize service operations within the branch.
  • Collaboration With Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align service objectives with overall business goals.
  • Training And Development
    • Develop and implement training programs for service managers and teams to enhance technical skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Reporting And Analysis
    • Generate regular reports on service performance, analyze data, and present insights to senior management.
