Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Early Collections team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the team and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Early Collections team to achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and collections rates
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Call Center or Banking/Consumer Finance industry
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving results-oriented initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
