Job Description

The role of Company Secretary and Legal Compliances involves overseeing the administrative and legal aspects of a company. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and registering documents with relevant authorities
  • Preparing minutes and notices for board and general meetings
  • Managing securities, including transfer and transmission
  • Maintaining corporate records and secretarial registers
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Handling investor grievances and assisting with annual returns and declarations
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we seek an individual with a strong background in law, commerce, or a related field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications:

  • LLB or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
