The Program Officer role entails implementing prevention services in schools and conducting awareness sessions with various stakeholders to address child sexual abuse.
Main Responsibilities:- Field Implementation: Develop and execute prevention projects, teach personal safety skills to children aged 6-18, and conduct informative sessions for parents, teachers, and other relevant individuals.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of field experiences.
- Operational Adherence: Ensure compliance with established protocols and report field activities promptly to coordinators.
- Effective collaboration within diverse teams.
- A strong willingness to work with children.
- Possession of a degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is essential.
- Experience in group work with children and adolescents, facilitating sessions and discussions.
