What You Will Lead and Deliver
  1. Delivery Excellence: Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  2. Programme Oversight: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption.
  3. Team Alignment: Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
  4. Risk Management: Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  5. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
  6. Reporting and Progress: Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.
  7. Culture Development: Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub.
