Job Description

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of AIOPs Lead, leveraging expertise in AI/ML and frameworks such as Python and TensorFlow. This opportunity involves leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge models.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in AIOPs, IT process automation, or related fields. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.
  • Utilizing Python frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensuring infrastructure health and performance through expertise in monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Exposure to automation tools like Ansible and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and various service desk tools.
  • Experience working in diverse environments, including Unix, Windows, and SAP.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
