Job Title: Credit Manager - Working Capital

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise and recommend credit proposals in line with the designated authority scope.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of delinquent cases to identify areas for improvement and implement risk management strategies.
  • Audit processes to detect anomalies and ensure compliance, reporting any discrepancies found.
  • Make recommendations for policy and process changes based on local market insights and competitor feedback.
  • Develop and implement system integration plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain close monitoring of non-performing assets (NPAs) and track their status.
  • Ensure timely completion of field customer visits for portfolio development and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Supervise a team of credit processing associates, providing them with adequate training and support to ensure smooth operations within the Risk Team.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the bank's portfolio to ensure its optimal health.
  • Carry out customer visits as necessary to facilitate the closure of deals efficiently.
