About the Role

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
Key Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms is a plus.
