Job Title

We are looking for an innovative product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our objectives are to understand user needs and deliver solutions to drive outstanding user experience and business outcomes.

About the Role

The voice of the customer is paramount: Talk to customers to understand their needs and turn that into exciting products. Work with development, QA, documentation, product support and services to ensure smooth delivery of features.

Collaboration is key: Serve as a user-representative who can convey functional requirements to technical audiences and drive product development. Provide demos or presentations to prospective customers.

Implementation: Design features and define functional requirements, then track and report progress against goals. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product using agile methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle

Other Qualifications

  • Proven understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and agile methods
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret data to develop hypothesis, define experiments to prove (or disprove)
  • Ability to determine solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed written narrative
  • Shown ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, strategy, etc.
  • Consistent record of engaging with engineers, architects, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
