Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with sales, product, and marketing teams
• Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business results
• Develop sales tools, training, and collateral to empower sales teams and improve win rates
• Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and product-market fit
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer retention
• Define key success metrics (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and track their effectiveness through dashboards and reports
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a product evangelist.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
• Strong understanding of product life cycles and go-to-market strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
