Job Title: Engineering Head for Plant Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader to oversee the successful delivery of engineering services and solutions.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and project goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities continue:

  • Monitor and control project scope, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality.
  • Appraise and groom team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies.
  • Embody a culture of quality, assuming complete responsibility for quality process compliance and maintaining a high-quality index.

Required Skills:

  • Proven working experience in leadership roles within plant engineering organizations.
  • Results-driven and people-oriented individual.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (PMI) are desirable.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
