Community Manager Role

CoWrks is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the development and execution of community initiatives that foster collaboration and member satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging community environments, organizing events, and promoting member experience. They should be skilled in handling front desk operations, managing membership waiting lists, and ensuring seamless communication between members and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a thriving community environment that promotes collaboration and member satisfaction.
  • Organizing new member introduction events and social activities to enhance engagement.
  • Conceptualizing and executing community initiatives such as events, tours, and workshops to build relationships among members.
  • Managing the front desk, ensuring it is always staffed by a community team member, and handling billing and check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conducting tours for potential new members and attending to their needs.
  • Handling membership inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management or a related field.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
