We are seeking a highly skilled expert to lead SAP adoption initiatives for digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Procurement process area, integrations, and SAP S/4HANA Procurement to deliver significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning on large strategic deals with global scope.
  • Drive the solution strategy by working with account teams, sales, and partners.
  • Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops.
  • Interact with customers, understand requirements, and propose solutions and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of a primary process area and integrations with other process streams.
  • Functional background in Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement of Materials (Direct & Indirect) & Services, Inventory Management, Special procurement process, Invoicing, and VIM.
  • Experience in Ariba Upstream & Downstream functions.
  • Functional knowledge of RFX, Bidding, Auctions, Contracts, SLP, Sourcing, and Commerce automation Modules.
  • Experience with global implementation and working in agile ways.
  • Expert understanding of the overall process for Greenfield/Brownfield (System Conversion), Architecture, and Configuration of SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP & Non-SAP solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate business language and translate solution propositions into business value.
  • Very good understanding of the competitive landscape in the SAP/enterprise space.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification(s) in core areas are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
  • A good understanding of at least one industry domain and a complete value chain.
