Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist


This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently to provide daily system support.


  • Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as software vendors when necessary.
  • Performs various system administration duties such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool.
  • Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assists with software validation and change control activities.
  • Develops charts, graphs, and other reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools.

Key qualifications include:


  • Experience with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
