Enterprise Growth Leader

As the Enterprise Growth Leader, you will own strategic direction and lead the company's next phase of growth.

Key areas of focus:

  • Set long-term strategic direction and translate into actionable roadmaps.
  • Own end-to-end financial performance and value creation; drive commercial growth and margin expansion.
  • Develop and implement plans to build a strong order book and margin profile; negotiate key contracts and accounts.
  • Drive market expansion across new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure); build partnerships in priority geographies (Middle East, Europe, North America, and SE Asia).
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience through strategic sourcing and vendor development.
  • Establish a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, ensuring safety and compliance standards.
  • Represent the organization with customers, partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies; uphold brand and governance standards.
Requirements
  • 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Proven track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditure deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building accountable teams and a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
