Job Title: Chief Enterprise Risk OfficerIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a risk-based internal audit plan that aligns with management inputs, business priorities, and risk assessment. This entails identifying and selecting vendors for program activities execution, leading the execution of internal audits (in-house or outsourced) as per the approved plan, ensuring timely completion and reporting to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional audits (in-house or outsourced) as per the annual plan.
  • Track and report on open internal audit observations to stakeholders monthly.
  • Lead follow-up audits to assess management remediation effectiveness on observed issues.
  • Establish and maintain internal audit standard operating procedures, including templates and documentation requirements.
  • Curate a repository of audit programs, checklists, templates, and tools for standardization and consistency.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain audit support tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with the Risk Management function to identify and assess entity-level risks.
  • Provide input to risk identification and assessment programs for new emerging risks.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) degree is essential.
  • Certifications like CIA, CISA, or CWA are desired.
  • 10-15 years of experience in implementing and delivering risk management at strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven auditing experience across diverse organizational areas.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to interface with all levels of management.
