Royal Enfield seeks a highly skilled Key CAE Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As an Assistant Manager - CAE, you will play a vital role in the development of Royal Enfield motorcycles' powertrain durability and performance.

Job Description

As a Key CAE Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-fidelity CAE models of engine components and other sub-systems. You will work closely with multiple teams within and outside the organization to deliver results on time based on project priority.

  • Create analysis reports with good understanding of results interpretation
  • Develop CAE models to match testing results
  • Give suggestions to modify engine and vehicle components to improve durability and performance

You will be measured on your ability to develop CAE models that accurately simulate real-world scenarios, providing valuable insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements

To succeed as a Key CAE Specialist, you should have:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience in structural analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Abaqus software
  • Good knowledge of Python or other coding languages
  • Familiarity with linear and non-linear structural analysis
