Job Title: Assistant Manager - CAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer to join our team at Royal Enfield. As Assistant Manager - CAE, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-fidelity CAE models of engine components and other sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CAE models to match testing results
  • Provide suggestions to modify engine and vehicle components to improve durability and performance
  • Carry out simulations for full vehicle assembly, sub-assembly, and component level using tools like Abaqus, Hypermesh, Simlab, fe-safe, Tosca & Isight
  • Validate simulations with testing
  • Optimize parts and assemblies and find new solutions in close cooperation with design and product line departments

Requirements:

  • Master of Engineering / Master of Technology in Mechanical / Thermal / Aerospace / Automotive
  • 2-5 years of experience in structural analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Abaqus software
  • Good knowledge of Python or any other software coding
  • Good knowledge of linear & non-linear structural analysis
  • Good knowledge of fatigue analysis
  • Good knowledge of any optimization tools
