Patient Support Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Program Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Patient Support Programs that deliver exceptional value to our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Patient Support Programs that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor program performance using data analytics tools and assess key metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Build capabilities of Patient Support Program implementation teams and external vendors.
- Manage external partners and monitor contractual agreements while meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a good understanding of the drug development and commercialization value chain.
- Knowledge of managing day-to-day operations and good analytical and systems thinking.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience interacting with senior management.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
