About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Support Program Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our patient support program, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, budget management, and project management of Patient Support Programs with a special focus on new launches and value-added services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategies for patient support programs aligned with business objectives, market trends, and patient needs.
- Regular coordination with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with all compliance and audit requirements, fostering partnerships to enhance program reach and impact.
- Manage external partners, and monitor contractual agreements while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate program performance, assessing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of patient support services.
- Develop and maintain expertise in patient support-related areas, including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a good understanding of the entire drug development and commercialization value chain, and/or experience with patient support-related roles.
Education and Experience
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a good understanding of the entire drug development and commercialization value chain and/or experience with patient support-related roles.
- Knowledge of managing day-to-day operations.
- Good analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex processes.
- Track record of working effectively with cross-functional groups.
- Leadership skills and experience to interact with senior management.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
