Patient Support Program Manager

About the Role

The Patient Support Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Patient Support Programs with a focus on new launches and value-added services. This role will ensure execution excellence of PSPs through day-to-day coordination with vendors and ongoing process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term strategies for patient support programs aligned with business objectives, market trends, and patient needs
  • Regular coordination with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with all compliance and audit requirements
  • Create monthly performance reports, conduct gap assessments, and support stakeholders and vendors on process improvement measures
  • Build capabilities of Patient Support Program implementation teams and external vendors
  • Manage external partners and monitor contractual agreements while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate program performance

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a good understanding of the entire drug development and commercialization value chain
  • Knowledge of managing day-to-day operations
  • Good analytical and systems thinking
  • Track record of working effectively with cross-functional groups
  • Leadership skills and experience to interact with senior management
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
