Senior Engineer, Site Reliability - Oracle ERP Reporting

About this Role:

As a Senior Engineer in our Oracle ERP Reporting team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing reports to support finance and operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance reports to meet finance and operational reporting needs.
  • Create and optimize dashboards and analyses, ensuring scalability and usability for end-users.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting specifications.
  • Support data extraction and transformation processes for downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards, security, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with ERP functional and technical teams to integrate reporting into core finance processes.
  • Provide production support for reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Oracle ERP reporting with strong expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver financial and operational reports for ERP modules.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
  • Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and analytics in OTBI.
  • Understanding of data structures, subject areas, and reporting metadata within Oracle ERP.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure connections for reporting and integration with external systems.
  • Good knowledge of finance processes and reporting cycles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
