Freelance Performance Marketer

We're seeking a skilled freelance/contract performance marketer to drive growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through paid campaigns.

Scope of Work:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies for growth, brand awareness, lead gen, and conversions across Meta and Google Ads.
  • End-to-end ownership: strategy development, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage ad creatives, including script ideas, copywriting, and visuals.
  • Provide weekly reporting with clear key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and booking rate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with 0–1 stage startups and lean budgets.
  • Proven track record in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Mixpanel.
  • Creative sensibility to develop engaging, human-centered storytelling ideas.
  • Reliability and responsiveness in delivering high-quality work.
  • A strong interest in mental health or wellness is highly valued; we seek someone who believes in the mission beyond just metrics.
